What Happens in Vegas

Brittany and I went to see "What Happens in Vegas" starring Cameron Diaz and Ashton Kutcher. We went to see it despite hearing horrible things about the movie because shes been wanting to see it since it was shown in a commerical during Big Brother 9.

It was good enough that you should rent it when it comes out on DVD. I wouldn't recommend seeing it in theatres. It's one of those movies that most of the funny parts are in the commerical. Cameron Diaz has lost her "sexy" appeal to me and Ashton Kutcher is just not as funny anymore. Yes, it has it's funny moments, but some things dragged on a bit too long.

The cast were a pretty good cast. Other than the two mentioned above, it also had Queen Latifah, Dennis Miller and Rob Corddry(also in Harold and Kumar 2-very funny guy). I would buy the movie if I ever saw it on sale for $5. I don't think I'd pay over 5 for it. The story was the typical romance story. They get married in Vegas after she gets dumped and he loses his job(they were obviously trashed) and he hits the jackpot for $3 million. The judge freezes the funds and sentences them to 6 months "hard marriage"(have to try to work it out). They start actually falling for each other, after trying to trick each other into not proving they are working on their marriage(if that sentence makes any sense).

Anyways, rent it on DVD when it comes out. So I've watched all the Indiana Jones movies recently since I bought the triliogy. Holy shit, I forgot how bad ass those movies are. Makes me even more excited to see Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skulls. Woot woot!

Well, I don't have much else to say. I may not be having a ustream next week. Stay tuned!

I need to get around to watching those Indiana Jones movie, since they're pretty much unanimously enjoyed.
